After 16 years of owning and operating Lovejoy's Tea Room in San Francisco, CA, we sold the tea room to good friends in 2016.  Now free to focus on Lovejoy's Tea Rooms and Licensing, LLC, our mission became finding ways to help others bring a bit of Lovejoy's magic to their own communities.  We are careful in selecting the right individuals who compliment our particular style and commitment to excellence.

 

We provide a successful business model, menu, decor and theme, as well as on-site training to assist others in starting, owning and operating their own Lovejoy's-themed business. Although each location is independently owned, all share a similar menu, ambience, retail area, and Lovejoy's style of tea service.  Most importantly, we all embrace a genuine desire and passion to share this lovely ritual with others.

Part of the fun of visiting each of the Lovejoy's Tea Rooms is seeing how the individual proprietors have brought their own unique vision and treasures to create a magical place to take tea. There are, however, a few items that you'll always find in a Lovejoy's!  On your next visit, see if you can spot any of the following: British telephone booth, a horse, or a mosaic of broken china.
